Shipping policy

1. All our products are inclusive of the delivery charges within India, hence no extra shipping charges would be levied on your order. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout

2. We currently deliver all our products domestically across India & internationally. All our products are delivered through reliable courier service companies.

3. It may take us up to 15 working days to deliver your product. Since all our orders are hand made, in some circumstances, it may take us more than the stipulated time to deliver the product to you. You will be informed of such delays via the contact information provided by you. In case you wish to reach out to us, you may do so by emailing your request to us at suja@designsbypala.com.

4. Tracking of Delivery order. All our products are delivered through reputed courier companies who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We also email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.​
